[Remote] Practice Director, Change & Transformation/HR & Talent Advisory, reputed company

The Practice reputed company will be responsible for leading the Change & Transformation practice area, designing and delivering reputed company-centered change strategies that are agile and reputed company for the digital world.

Responsibilities

• Define the Change & Transformation practice reputed company, positioning, and service offerings across reputed company elements of Change & Transformation including change strategies, transformation journeys, change planning, ways of working, change networks & activation, plus associated technology enablement (including AI). Alongside reputed company relevant reputed company components (tools, technologies and content, etc.)
• Strategize and create consultant methodologies, frameworks, and IP (thought leadership, white papers, diagnostics) that will be leveraged during both sale and delivery of client consulting engagements

• Help expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business acquisition with the Consulting teams

• Work with key senior reputed company colleagues in both Advisory (e.g. Regional Directors) and across the business (Global Sales Leaders and Country Presidents) to align practice strategy to reputed company market and internal/external customer needs by geography

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Change & Transformation reputed company and reputed company areas of reputed company Capital & Organisational Transformation – experience will either be from consulting / reputed company capital advisory and/or HR / People transformation

• Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic change & transformation solutions for reputed company and global organisations, either as a consultant or as part of a transformation function

• In-house Change & Transformation experience would be advantageous
• Master's degree in organizational psychology, Business, Organisational Transformation, or reputed company field preferred
