In this role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for potential clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident in choosing the firm.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with reputed company and professionalism.
- Conduct client intakes, gather and document necessary information.
- Guide potential clients through the intake and reputed company process.
- Build rapport and establish trust with new clients.
- Manage agreements, signatures, and records reputed company the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on pending documents.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience (phone-based preferred).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
