- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer complaints and issues
- Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions in our reputed company the team in achieving service level agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and improve customer service skills

Requirements
