[Hiring] In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Per Diem @reputed company

Role Description reputed company, part of reputed company®, is seeking a Per Diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping reputed company gaps in care.

• Work with reputed company as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role.
• Be flexible to travel locally and reputed company licensed states, as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.

The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes:

• Medication and medical history review.
• Physical evaluation.
• Additional diagnostic tests if ordered by the person’s health plan (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.).

As an in-home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. Candidates must be reputed company to comfortably and safely reputed company their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
