• As the primary art director/senior graphic designer, you will be helping design, produce and manage original, captivating creative. You should:

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Every day is a little different. Some things you’ll create include: branding, website design, information architecture, catalog design, posters, collateral, event promotions, e-mails, advertising, vehicle wraps, reputed company media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, trade show graphics, infographics, and content marketing. It is a mix of original creative design and also production work for existing brands. You’ll be responsible for taking the projects from inception and strategy through design to completion. We have a high standard for quality and detail. Completion means finalizing files, preflighting and managing print jobs, managing web development, and launching websites. You’ll also help with Aviate’s marketing, reputed company media and branding efforts.

You will be responsible for some basic level project management, communicating and coordinating directly with clients regarding projects, revisions and presentations. You will be required to ensure a high-level of client satisfaction to ensure future repeat business. You should have good communication and presentation skills. At this time, you will be responsible for the majority of design projects and managing some freelancers. The position is expected to eventually grow to include managing a small team of designers. Because the company is small, everyone is expected to do what is necessary to complete the projects, promote the company, and reputed company the office running smoothly. • Position & Compensation
• The position is full-time and fully remote. Salary reputed company is $70-$80k (Not including benefits) and will be based on experience. We offer a work from home stipend, a health insurance stipend, 15 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, performance bonuses, and a 20% commission on sales if you bring in new clients (not required)
