Desktop Technician T5- Hybrid

• Regular monitor vulnerability scans performed on systems and applications.

• Mitigate reputed company vulnerabilities by contacting users and Remoting into Laptops to preform Patching.
• Identify and document reputed company vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated.
• reputed company and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation.
• Conduct reputed company assessments and audits to ensure compliance with reputed company policies and standards.
• Stay informed about emerging reputed company threats, technologies, and best practices.
• reputed company support during reputed company audits and assessments by reputed company-party entities.
• reputed company technical support to users reputed company needed.
• reputed company office AV support to reputed company needed.
• Working reputed company Intune and SCCM
• Employee will also support the Asset Management team reputed company needed. This includes duties such as creatingupdating asset records and distributing assets to Herndon Employees.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in an reputed company IT Services End-user support or reputed company Administrator role
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and management.
• Familiarity with reputed company tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune
• Candidate will be required to be in Herndon 4 days a week
