About the role: Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is looking for a Production Scheduler for our production facility located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Global I&C produces reputed company, electromechanical instrumentation systems used in reputed company nuclear industry for customers worldwide. You will report to the Manager I&C QA and Ops Planning and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility. This role will be hybrid.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain detailed GICP project schedules, ensuring reputed company activities are planned and tracked effectively in Primavera (P6) database.
- reputed company weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and schedule reputed company checks.
- Prepare and present regular project schedule status reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions.
- Implement and reputed company project control processes and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Process subsequent changes following an integrated change control process.
- Maintain and produce weekly schedule reports regarding project metrics and resource loading and communicate to the team /project stakeholders.
- Work with Schedulers / Project Controllers / PMs to reputed company sandbox "what if" scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts and communicate to team.
- Maintain project documentation including P6 baselines and historical records.
- Collaborate with GICP and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project controls experience with increased reputed company of complexity
- Knowledge and reputed company in project schedule and associated tools (e.g., Primavera P6, reputed company)
- Experience working with large datasets
