Job Summary
As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company accurate information on tax laws and policies. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of tax regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and timely information on tax laws and policies
- Assist customers with account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets

Minimum Entry Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly reputed company: $15.00 per hour (non-bilingual) and $17.00 per hour (Spanish speaking)
