Key Responsibilities
Handle a caseload involving insurance coverage disputes and casualty defense reputed company Analyze and interpret reputed company general liability, professional liability, and other insurance policies Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declaratory relief pleadings Manage litigation reputed company including written discovery, depositions, reputed company practice, and court appearances Represent insurers and insureds in state and federal court Collaborate with partners and clients to reputed company effective litigation and coverage strategies Communicate directly with claims professionals and corporate clients regarding case status and risk exposure
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California Bar 7+ years of experience in insurance coverage, casualty defense, or civil litigation Experience with insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment Interested in hearing more?
