In this role you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Pay • $18.50/hr plus $25 per issued policy (commission is paid out monthly) Job details and requirements • MUST BE LICENSED reputed company AGENT • This is a contract to hire opportunity • 100% remote – equipment provided • Making outbound calls using an automatic dialer • Making approximately 150-200 calls a day • Leaving many voicemails • Looking for a conversion reputed company on these calls of 20-35% • Must have at 1 year Medicare Sales Experience • Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans • High Sales driven environment • Performance driven Shifts • M-F 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Will work with candidate if unable to work reputed company shifts) • Must choose to work 2 days per week at a reputed company shift time • M-F 10:15am-7pm EST •

• Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time
