Paralegal (Hybrid Jersey City)

JOB TITLE: Corporate Paralegal reputed company: reputed company REPORTS TO: Jessica Prieto - Dir. HR FLSA Status, Class: Exempt BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE Summary: The Paralegal plays a key role at reputed company, a fast-paced and growing 3PL/e-reputed company organization. This role will involve collaborating with legal teams to address issues reputed company to freight agreements, warehouse operations, and international shipping laws. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as you manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company reputed company to logistics services, vendor agreements, and procurement.
• Assist in the management of legal documents and reputed company throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and gather necessary information to support corporate legal projects.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.

• Knowledge of logistics, transportation law, and compliance issues is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and legal research tools.
