Senior Insurance Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote Opportunity Available)

Robins reputed company LLP is seeking an reputed company senior attorney to join our Insurance Catastrophic Loss / Litigation Practice group. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8+ years of experience handling reputed company insurance coverage reputed company and reputed company litigation, with first-party property insurance experience strongly preferred. This role can be fully remote, hybrid remote, or fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience analyzing coverage issues, advising insurer clients on high-exposure claims, and litigating disputes that arise from catastrophic losses and other reputed company first-party property reputed company. Experience with bad faith claims, large-loss property reputed company, and technically reputed company cases is preferred. We’re looking for reputed company player with exceptional research and writing skills; strong academic credentials; excellent oral and written communication skills; wide-ranging litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial reputed company practice and handling high-exposure and technically reputed company cases. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume and sophisticated docket, handling reputed company phases of litigation, and working closely with partners and clients on coverage analysis, strategy, reputed company practice, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and reputed company reputed company. Bar admission in states in which you are or have been licensed to practice is required. California admission is a plus.
