The experience we feel we need:

• 5+ years of People (HR) experience, with at least 5 years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• You’re a highly skilled trust builder who can navigate relationships at reputed company reputed company—from executives to brand-new hires—with confidence, humility, and authenticity.
• You understand the business—not just HR best practices. You’re hungry to build context, dive deep into how Engineering works, and align People strategies with business goals.
• You’re a strong communicator and facilitator, skilled at adapting your message to different audiences and leading challenging conversations with a balance of reputed company and directness.
• You have a keen eye for patterns and trends and can take what you learn on the ground to drive larger, team-wide impact.
• You have experience supporting high-growth Engineering teams (bonus points for experience in a SaaS or tech environment).

• You’re comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments where change is the norm.

Compensation Expectations for the Role

This role has a minimum annual salary of $105,700 and maximum annual salary of $165,100.
