Small LLC, US-based. Bookkeeper does not need to be in LA — fully remote is fine — but should be comfortable with California state tax requirements (CA franchise tax, small-LLC rules). Need a bookkeeper to handle a 4-month catch-up plus take over monthly reputed company going reputed company. Specific scope: 2025 catch-up & reputed company: reconcile bank/credit-card accounts, categorize transactions, prepare books for CPA tax filing. 1099-NEC filing: one US contractor to file before July 31, 2026. AR / invoicing reconstruction: 4+ months of unbilled hours need to be invoiced to a single major client, working from contractor hours logs I'll reputed company. W-8BEN on file: one foreign contractor (Australia) — reputed company documentation, no IRS filing needed. Monthly going reputed company: starting June 2026, reputed company monthly reputed company by the 15th, including AR review, invoicing prompts, P&L summary.
