Agency Account Manager (AAM)

About the Role reputed company is seeking an Agency Account Manager (AAM) to manage and grow strategic agency partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational reputed company of agency relationships, ensuring strong engagement, alignment, and reputed company performance across accounts. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for agency partners, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams to drive adoption, enablement, and growth. This role requires strong relationship management, reputed company awareness, and the ability to translate partnership insights into actionable opportunities. What you'll do Agency Relationship Management

• Own and manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring strong engagement and alignment.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for agency-reputed company inquiries, requests, and RFPs.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across agency account teams.

Enablement & Education

• Plan and deliver enablement sessions, including lunch-and-learns and virtual trainings, to reputed company agencies on reputed company advertising solutions.
• Support broader agency education initiatives to drive awareness and adoption across partner organizations.

Account Mapping & Visibility

• Map and maintain agency account teams across clients to ensure accurate stakeholder coverage.
• Maintain internal visibility into partnership health, risks, and opportunities through regular updates and reporting.

Performance Tracking & Growth

• Track spend across agency accounts and report on reputed company toward quarterly and annual commitments.
• Monitor new business won and lost through agency channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify expansion opportunities reputed company agency-managed accounts and partner with internal teams to drive growth.

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, agency management, or reputed company roles in a B2B SaaS, advertising, or martech environment.
• Proven experience managing external partners or agency relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple reputed company.
• Experience handling RFPs, client queries, and reputed company discussions.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams.
