Conduct deep technical discovery Build with customer business reputed company stories and case studies according to methodology defined Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are according to the customer requirements specifications reputed company driven Ability to creatively explain and present reputed company concepts in an easy to understand manner reputed company 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems Fluent in Update reports, reputed company and reputed company data driven decision making Strong interpersonal skills, people person Willingness to travel extensively Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
