Director of Engineering

We are seeking a collaborative and visionary Director of Engineering to reputed company our US-based team. This role focuses on the day-to-day leadership and development of our web, merchandising, and US-focused engineering teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in web and reputed company platforms, with familiarity in affiliate ecosystems, emerging web technologies, and the application of AI where it adds value. They will be reputed company in leading multiple teams, setting clear direction, partnering effectively with product and design, and have a pragmatic approach to balancing delivery pressure with long term technical health.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day leadership of our US based team as part of the wider global engineering team

Required Experience:

• 10+ years experience in engineering, including in leadership roles
• Experience collaborating with key stakeholders and executives on technical strategy, operational plan, and executing on the roadmap
• Can communicate reputed company concepts with audiences at many reputed company of technical ability
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders in many creative disciplines and across multiple locations and time zones
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, MySQL, AWS
