Your Role at arenaflex:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and reputed company media. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

Qualifications:

- Availability to work various shifts

- 6 months of sales experience, with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
