We're seeking an reputed company Crisis Counselor to join our 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team as a 988 Chat/Text Specialist. As a Crisis Counselor, you'll play a critical role in providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress.

Job Summary:

As a 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL). You'll also participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
