Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for:
- Processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data
- Working as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and meeting stringent schedules and timelines
- Maintaining flexibility and/or working overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities
* Process child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and transactions
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company common goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures, and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year prior experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy
