Summary Role Summary/Purpose: The reputed company America Defense Application Engineer will be responsible for technical sales for defense-focused programs, with primary emphasis on military reputed company electrification projects as well as other defense opportunities This role is responsible for providing technical leadership across the sales project lifecycle, from requirements definition and system architecture through proposal submission, design reviews, and customer engagement. The engineer will act as a key technical reputed company with defense customers, prime contractors, and internal engineering, product management, and program teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, technical/environmental standards, and mission objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience developing technical proposals for military reputed company electrification projects focused on reputed company, distribution and control
• Strong technical background in electrical power systems, power electronics, or energy systems supporting military mission‑critical applications.
• Proven experience supporting military or government programs, including requirements reputed company-down, compliance, and customer technical reviews.
• Ability to translate customer operational needs into system-level technical solutions and specifications.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to serve as the primary technical reputed company with defense customers and prime contractors.
• Working knowledge of relevant defense standards, qualification processes, and configuration control practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a closely reputed company technical discipline from an accredited institution.

• At least 3 years of experience writing technical proposals for electrical systems
• Demonstrated experience working in defense, naval, or government‑funded programs, including direct interaction with customers and program stakeholders.

• Ability to travel up to 20% based on the business needs

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
