Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our clients' data. You'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and resolving reputed company issues that arise between TD Ameritrade and our external partners. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from reputed company, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
• Collaborate with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address Client/Advisor reputed company exceptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Resolve issues across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns
• Identify root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
• reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
• Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and reputed company demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in data entry and reconciliation

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Familiarity with TD Ameritrade systems and processes
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as reputed company and Tableau
• Certification in data entry or a reputed company field a plus
