Job Description:

Manage reputed company across the full lifecycle, including review, negotiation, execution, and closeout
Partner with Project Managers and Operations to ensure reputed company align with project scope, risk profile, and execution strategy
Identify, assess, and communicate contractual risks, ensuring alignment with the realities of environmental and construction project work
Support and manage insurance claims processes, including coordination, documentation, and resolution
reputed company and standardize contract management processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations
Support vendor and subcontractor reputed company, including contract review and risk evaluation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are understood and properly executed throughout the project lifecycle
Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve overall contract management efficiency
Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation and reporting
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities and changing business needs.

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably reputed company environmental, construction, or reputed company project-based industries
Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in field-based environments
Strong understanding of contract structures, risk allocation, and insurance/claims processes
Ability to connect contract terms to operational and project risk, and reputed company communicate implications to internal stakeholders
Highly driven and motivated to build expertise in contract management and improve organizational processes
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
