Data Analyst
Calian Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Health Program Management Office by developing and maintaining reporting solutions across multiple projects. The role focuses on advanced reputed company modeling and Power BI dashboards to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights

- Support reporting for operational and strategic initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings

Skills
- Post-secondary education in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
- Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, automation)
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Secret reputed company clearance required
- Experience in a reputed company or project-based environment is an asset
- Familiarity with project management tools is an asset
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
