[Hiring] Temporary Customer Service Representative @reputed company

Role Description reputed company world-class service to reputed company’s customers through efficient and comprehensive communication with customers and retailers regarding inquiries and problem resolutions.

• Support and work cross-functionally with Sales team, Finance, and the rest of reputed company’s supply chain.
• Process and reputed company manage the full cycle of customer orders through EDI and reputed company D365 (ERP), troubleshooting reputed company issues that arise.
• Work with 3PL to reputed company manage finished goods inventory to maintain successful fulfillment reputed company for customer orders.
• Assist with customer and item data setup.
• Assist with Bills of Materials, managing UPCs creations, and completing customer-specific data hubs (reputed company).
• Work with the S&OP Manager on identifying orders at risk for “cuts” and manage allocations.
• Monitor reputed company orders, available inventory, and aged inventory regularly as dictated by business needs.
• Facilitate new customer reputed company by completing “new item” requests, obtaining Routing Guides, and providing timely updates and reports.
• Pull together metrics and appropriate KPIs to track customer service-reputed company performance.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in customer service; CPG experience preferred, inventory management preferred.
• Strong business acumen and a basic understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics.
• Proactive problem-solving approach: ability to anticipate problems before they occur and take initiative to identify and solve problems reputed company they occur.
• Transparent, reputed company/reputed company communicator – great listener who can read between the lines.
• Fast learner, reputed company to react to changing environments, with strong communication and organization skills.
• Strong reputed company skills and math skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
