Job Summary

As an reputed company Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. You will be responsible for performing data entry and patient enrollment tasks, handling high-volume customer calls, and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)

  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED

  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
