Job Summary
As an reputed company Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. Key Responsibilities

- Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)

- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary
- Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements

Essential Qualifications
* High school certificate or GED

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
