Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions to ensure our members reputed company understand their coverage and options. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types as our business is constantly evolving. Example call types include reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
