Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling service requests from customers who are starting, stopping, or transferring their utility services. Your role will involve communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and correspondence, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center (utilities industry experience is a plus)

- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
