Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 100% remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for placing calls to provider offices to obtain missing medical documentation, which will be entered into reputed company database. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Performing outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact

with provider offices to retrieve medical records reputed company fax, mail, remote electronic medical record reputed company, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location.

Effectively communicating

with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines.

Completing additional tasks

as required to support our division, including data entry and other administrative duties.

Providing exceptional customer service

to reputed company providers and patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High school diploma

or equivalent.

1+ years of call center experience
