Key Responsibilities

Facilitate seamless executive communications; manage calls and emails, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members. Efficient management of calendars, inboxes, and files, keeping them organized and up-to-date. Draft and prepare documents for internal teams and external partners, ensuring reputed company and professionalism. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage comprehensive travel itineraries. Organize and plan external events, including but not limited to golf tournaments, fundraising initiatives, and staff appreciation events, fostering a sense of community and teamwork. Qualifications
