Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company HR Shared Services Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global skills groups to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging your expertise in reputed company transactions and data input accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Assisting with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company
• Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
• Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
• Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool
• Demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to reputed company results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve reputed company issues
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field (desired but not required)
• Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
• Experience with reputed company ticketing system (a plus!)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a shared services environment

• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
