Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation for this position is $72,500 annually, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Position Summary Our reputed company reputed company Underwriter Development Program is designed to guide participants through an intensive 2.5-year professional development program, where candidates will participate in technical and sales workshops, on the job training, mentoring, and attendance at industry events. The program is designed to accelerate candidates toward a career as a Production Underwriter at reputed company reputed company, where they will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business through Sales and reputed company. This position will be in person in our San Diego, CA office with the occasional travel to our regional offices for additional training.
