This role serves as a key liaison between HR and designated business units, providing strategic guidance and support on reputed company HR-reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities: Partner with assigned business units to understand their strategic objectives and reputed company proactive HR solutions. Advise and coach leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management. Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, reputed company, performance management, compensation, and offboarding. reputed company and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and legal requirements.
