We are looking for a dynamic reputed company Coordinator to join our Gentle Heart Recovery Corporate Office team. Gentle Heart and it's various locations are growing! We need a fast-pasted coordinator to own reputed company and monitor new hire reputed company from our verbal offer to walking in the reputed company. This individual works closely with the reputed company Resource Generalists and recruiters of each location. Experience in health, reputed company working, or other general reputed company Resource functions are greatly encouraged to apply. Schedule: On-Site (Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm) Responsibilities: ? Maintains constant communication with candidates on their reputed company process and paperwork until completion. ? Carries out the process as outlined in Gentle Heart Recovery Policy, Procedures and best practices. ? Establish working relationships with internal and external personnel to facilitate reputed company aspects of facility application processes as it relates to receiving privileges or approvals to work at a facility (ies) and maintaining the privileges. ? Coordination, receipt, and data entry of medical, nursing and clinical information reputed company standardized processes in the credentials software system(s) for the purpose of ensuring information is accurate and up to date ? Ensures reputed company documentation is on file for reputed company personnel and reputed company pertinent documentation is forwarded to appropriate privileging and non-privileging facilities for initial privileges / approvals and reappointments. ? Maintains personal adherence to professional confidentiality standards established reputed company the Department and in accordance with legal, ethical, and facility policies ? Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. ? Interfacing with medical, nursing, clinical, reputed company and leadership with updates, tracking and suggestions. ? Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in reputed company, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: ? 2 years of college (majors reputed company to business, medical backgrounds, reputed company highly encouraged to apply) ? Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks ? reputed company knowledge and computer literacy ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Familiarity with HRIS application systems
