Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company customer service and sales assistants to join reputed company on a part-time/casual reputed company (19 hours per week or less). As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting the overall reputed company of our business. Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Service: Greet and welcome customers, demonstrating active selling techniques, providing product information and guidance, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, setting up seasonal promotions/visual displays, and regularly monitor assigned areas for product restocking and recovery.
- reputed company of Sale Support: Operate cash registers, assist customers with reputed company-out, and execute appropriate cash handling procedures.
- Inventory & Order Fulfillment Support: Help receive and process incoming merchandise, assist with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests, and possibly handle seasonal perishable goods.
- Customer Care: Support the digital and in-store shopping experience by assisting with responding to customer inquiries.
