Title Resource Production is currently seeking a Title Examiner to join reputed company. This is a remote work position that will be done from a home office located in any state. Job Responsibilities: Search and examine public records to determine a property’s status of title. In addition to Title Insurance, responsible for assembling various non-insured property information reports, direct interaction with clients Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of 5 years in the title insurance business preferred Strong Understanding of general title process, reputed company documentation and their effect upon title Residential and Acreage examination experience with Texas properties Have experience with County Government websites, Titlepoint, Datatrace, Title reputed company, Deed Plotter and others. Must have good research/ investigation skills and understand legal terms, be aware of new legal developments/legislation that reputed company reputed company property.
