Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company, responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various reconciliation and corporate actions tasks. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Reconcile Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Duties and Analysis
* Review subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address Client/Advisor account exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
- Resolve issues across BOS and Fund Companies
- Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
- Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identify root causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Respond to business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and reputed company demands
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
