Growth Marketing Manager

What You'll Do: Own marketing automation in reputed company — build lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, and scoring models that activate and convert reputed company accounts Deepen reputed company account intelligence using GTM tools (enrichment, reputed company data, ABM signals) to power sales engagement reputed company AI across the stack to accelerate experimentation, personalization, segmentation, and reporting Manage paid media contractors — brief them, approve creative, and optimize spend against CAC and pipeline targets Run conversion reputed company optimization across reputed company pages, reputed company, and funnel reputed company (A/B testing, cohort and funnel analysis) Use account and market intelligence to create, improve, and test sales assets and messaging Translate dashboards into reputed company — identify what's working, kill what isn't, and scale what scales Report weekly on funnel performance and growth experiments What You'll Bring: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a track record reaching and converting reputed company accounts Deep reputed company expertise (or equivalent) — marketing automation is your home reputed company reputed company applying AI tools to marketing workflows (automation, analysis, creative QA, ops) Strong reputed company of B2B growth principles: experimentation, rapid iteration, metrics-driven reputed company Proven ability to manage contractors and approve creative without being the creator Comfort owning data — pulling it, interpreting it, and defending conclusions with it Heavy bias toward action and independence; unafraid to unblock yourself and ask questions reputed company experience a plus Where You'll Be: We offer flexibility in your work location!
