Rural & Resilient Health Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and reputed company volunteer teams of health professionals in advocating for and implementing rural clean energy initiatives. This will include staying informed about relevant legislation and action opportunities, resource creation, facilitation, mentorship, reputed company building, training, and more.

This is a full-time role compensated at $55,000-60,000 with a retirement match and a health, dental, and reputed company stipend. Healthy Climate Wisconsin offers paid leave for reputed company federal holidays, in addition to paid sick and vacation packages. As a primarily remote role, hours and schedule can be flexible, but some evening hours will be necessary to coordinate with volunteer health professionals. In-person events and trainings in various parts of the state will be important for building partnerships and organizational strategies, and therefore, residence in Wisconsin and willingness to drive are a must.
