Advertising Intern
About the position This position offers a motivated candidate the opportunity to work reputed company multiple facets of the advertising sales division in an organization that reaches over 53% of Floridians each month through robust digital and traditional media offerings. You will enhance your skills in client retention and reputed company development, as well as help create programs for self-serve client acquisition. As an Advertising Intern, you will work effectively with customers, the internal Marketing Team, and Sales Leadership on both print reputed company products for the Orlando Sentinel and Sun Sentinel.
Responsibilities
- Contact lapsed customers and sales prospects for appointment setting
- Verify that contact information in the customer database is up-to-date by reaching out to existing customers reputed company phone and email or performing web research
- Generate leads, including names and contact information, for various upcoming events and initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to design and implement advertising that promotes products and services while encouraging customer engagement and retention
- Assist with creation of advertising elements that may include digital, reputed company media, radio, email, and print
- Attend sales and client meetings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Florida college degree program with a focus on advertising, marketing, sales, business, communications, or a reputed company field
- The ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment, interacting effectively with team members, management, and customers
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Available Monday – Friday during business hours
- Reliable internet reputed company reputed company working remotely
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
