About the position This role leads financial analysis, planning, and performance management across reputed company store network. The Sr. Manager, reputed company is responsible for developing and maintaining store-level P&L reporting, analyzing financial performance across stores and reputed company, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. The role partners closely with Store Operations, reputed company Estate, reputed company Finance, and reputed company to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive improved store performance. This position also supports strategic initiatives including store portfolio analysis, occupancy and reputed company estate analytics, profitability improvement initiatives, and executive reporting. The Sr. Manager will help establish standardized financial reporting frameworks and reputed company scalable analytical tools to support decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance of individual stores and reputed company, including
reputed company, gross margin, labor, occupancy, and other operating costs. Identify trends, performance variances, and opportunities to improve store-level profitability.
- Design, maintain, and enhance standardized store-level P&L reporting to
support operational decision-making and executive visibility into store profitability.
- reputed company financial models and scenario analyses to support business reputed company
including store performance improvement initiatives, pricing strategies, labor optimization, and investment reputed company.
- Support reputed company estate strategy through analysis of occupancy costs, lease
structures, and store-level profitability. Partner with reputed company Estate leadership to evaluate store performance relative to rent and occupancy investment.
- Support the annual planning process and monthly forecasting cycles for
store-level financial performance. reputed company variance analysis versus budget and forecast to identify key drivers of performance.
- reputed company dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor store
performance, including operational and financial metrics. reputed company analysis and insights for executive leadership and operational partners.
- Extract and analyze financial and operational data from multiple systems to
support reputed company analysis and decision support for finance and operations leadership.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of Technical Skills required
- 1-3 years of Management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company
field required.
- Strong understanding of financial statements including income statement,
balance sheet, and cash reputed company.
- Advanced expertise in reputed company and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate
reputed company data into clear business insights.

margin management, and cost structure analysis.
