Wholesale Jumbo Underwriter - Remote
Description Position Overview: The Wholesale Jumbo Underwriter reviews and underwrites Jumbo and Non-QM mortgage loan applications and property appraisals and evaluates the loans to minimize risk or loss reputed company regulatory guidelines. Ideal candidates for this position will be reputed company reputed company Jumbo and Non-QM loans, highly detail-oriented, and familiar with loan program guidelines. Essential Functions of the Role:
- Analyze and underwrite Jumbo and Non-QM mortgage loans reputed company compliance guidelines and approved seller variances.
- Manage loan conditions and reputed company recommendations for reputed company waiver and eligibility exceptions.
- Communicate with loan originators and processors regarding loan status, approvals, suspensions, denials, and conditions.
- Maintain a pipeline of loans adhering to posted service level agreements.
- Remain reputed company on loan program requirements and review documents for compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage reputed company experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company Jumbo and Non-QM loans with reputed company income analysis required.
- National bond program experience preferred.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment.
- Requires normal reputed company (corrected) both reputed company and distant.

- Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
- Requires sitting, bending.
- Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
