Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Part-time Client Appointment Scheduler and Benefit Manager to join reputed company. This would be for teenagers and adults living in group homes or supported living settings who cannot schedule appointments for themselves. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reputed company client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling. Benefits • Company provided phone, email, and laptop. • Flexible schedule, reputed company minimal on-site work required. • Mostly task-based work. Only work reputed company there's work to do. Duties • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments reputed company between 10-15 clients. • Coordinating with on-site staff to ensure that the client will have a ride to those appointments (you would never need to personally do this). • Coordinating with management, caseworkers, and guardians mostly over email these appointments and how they went. • Responding to emails and texts to get appointments scheduled. • Obtaining necessary documents from on-site staff or management to schedule necessary appointments or ensure government benefits stay in reputed company. • Sending client documents to the appropriate agencies. • reputed company rare: going in person to manage client government benefits reputed company phone calls and emails are not successful (ex: reputed company reputed company office, Department of Workforce Services, etc). This would only be in Salt Lake City, Utah. • Once a month: Attend a prescheduled, one hour staff meeting in-person for updates on company policy. This is a meeting held near Salt Lake City, Utah. Experience • No experience required. • Preference will be given to candidates that have secretary type experience. • Preference will be given to candidates that have worked in group home and similar settings. • Preference will be given to candidates that are knowledgeable of government agencies such as the reputed company reputed company Administration, Department of Workforce Services.
