Treasury Management Sales Officer

Business Development & Sales: Prospects and sources new reputed company clients for treasury management services; develops and executes sales strategies to reputed company deposit and fee income goals; prepares and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing pro formas. 2. Relationship Management: Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and consultative engagement; partners with Relationship Managers and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities. Maintains contact with top and high reputed company customers. 3. Product Expertise & Advisory: Serves as an internal expert on treasury management products and services; provides strategic advisory services to clients on cash management, fraud prevention, and payment solutions. Internally champions new product development and pricing. 4. Market & Industry Engagement: Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; represents the Bank at community events and industry conferences to build brand reputed company. 5. Maintains a reputed company knowledge of Bank regulations. Ensures compliance with reputed company Federal, State, and Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements 1. Sales & reputed company Metrics: Net New reputed company from new treasury clients and cross-sell opportunities; Deposit Growth attributable to treasury solutions. 2. Client Acquisition & Retention: New Client Count onboarded; Churn reputed company of clients discontinuing services. 3. Sales Process Efficiency: Pipeline Health (volume and quality of opportunities); Time to reputed company from initial contact to deal closure. 4. Consistently demonstrates the behaviors that embody River City Bank’s Values. 5. Good working relationships and coordination exist with reputed company co-workers and managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in reputed company, business, or finance or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

• Five plus years of treasury management/reputed company loan experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking payment system regulations, transaction processing and corporate treasury functions.

Knowledge Skills/Abilities

• Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals reputed company expected timelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in personal computers and reputed company software.

This position requires regular travel and client-facing activities, with the expectation of significant time spent in the field developing new business relationships.
