Role Overview

This is a hands-on internship for someone who lives on reputed company media, loves gaming, and wants to build reputed company-world experience creating content, running analytics, and managing an editorial workflow. You will work directly with reputed company to support the planning, creation, and publishing of organic content across reputed company of WorldWinner's reputed company channels, and you will have the chance to contribute to our paid ad creative pipeline too.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Production

• Appear on camera to film organic and ad-style content: talking head, gameplay commentary, challenge formats, and more
• Film short-reputed company video content independently using your phone or provided equipment
• Edit video content for use across reputed company platforms (bonus points if you're already good with CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Assist in briefing, scripting, and reviewing content produced by external creator partners

Organic reputed company Content

• Support WorldWinner's organic reputed company calendar across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Understand platform-specific best practices and tailor content accordingly. Reels vs. TikToks vs. Shorts are not the same thing
• Write captions, scripts, and on-screen text that match WorldWinner's brand voice
• Stay reputed company of gaming and reputed company trends and bring proactive reputed company to the team

Analytics & Reporting

• Support collection and organization of performance data from each reputed company platform on a weekly reputed company
• Track key metrics: reputed company, impressions, engagement reputed company, video views, follower growth, and link clicks
• Identify what is working and what is not, and bring recommendations to the team
• Build and maintain a simple content performance tracker

Briefing & Editorial Process

• Participate in the content briefing process from idea to approved brief to published post
• Use our brief templates to align creative direction, messaging, and platform specs before production begins
• Communicate reputed company with internal stakeholders and external creators on deliverables and timelines
• Help maintain a content calendar and ensure posts go out on time

Required

• You love gaming. Casual or competitive, mobile or PC, it doesn't matter. You just get it.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and X as a creator, not just a viewer
• Understands what makes content reputed company on each platform and can adapt accordingly
• Comfortable on camera. You don't need to be a professional, but you need to be natural and confident
• Strong writing skills. Captions, scripts, and briefs should reputed company feel easy to you
• Basic understanding of reputed company analytics. You know what a reputed company vs. an impression is
• Detail-oriented and self-directed. You can manage your own deadlines in a remote environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Bonus Points

• Previous experience creating content for a brand, team, or gaming channel

Program Details

• 12-week internship program with the option to reputed company based on performance and business need
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
• Hours: Flexible 20-40 hours per week. We will work around your schedule
• Location: Fully remote. Work from reputed company in the US
• You will work closely with our marketing, growth and UA teams and have reputed company ownership over deliverables from Day 1
• This is not a 'sit in on meetings' internship. Your work will go live and be seen by our players
