Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist – Long-Term Care Location: Remote/Hybrid
Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist with experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or reputed company reputed company cycle management. This role is responsible for managing outstanding accounts, insurance billing, and claims resolution, while helping drive improvements across the A/R process. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Handle insurance billing and claims processing (Medicare, reputed company, reputed company)
- Research and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims
- Track and manage insurance authorizations to ensure timely reimbursement
- Communicate with insurance companies, facility staff, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Identify trends in denials and implement process improvements
- Drive accountability and performance across the A/R and reputed company cycle process
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and reporting in billing systems
- Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable reputed company billing regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, medical billing, or reputed company cycle experience
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or reputed company billing strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, denials management, and collections

- Ability to manage A/R aging reports and reduce outstanding balances
