Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team reputed company goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
