Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator will be a key member of the reputed company team, responsible for executing reputed company financial processes, managing vendor payments, resolving inquiries, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, driving process innovation, and mentoring other AP Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company, exception-based invoices in Concur and Dynamics 365 with high-level precision.
• Prepare and release vendor payments (ACH, EFT, reputed company transfers, and checks) while reviewing weekly AP aging to identify cash reputed company risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for vendor and internal inquiries, ensuring professional and timely solutions.
• reputed company account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and reputed company critical support for audit requests and month-end/year-end reputed company.
• Proactively identify process gaps and assist in implementing modern AP workflows.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of reputed company accounts payable experience, ideally reputed company a shared services environment.
