EAP Therapist (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD) CONTRACTOR
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate independently licensed therapist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, reputed company treatment plans, and reputed company therapeutic support in various settings, including home community care. What you’ll do: reputed company mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate Complete required internal training, assignments and attend reputed company Clinical Team meetings Follow reputed company policies and maintain reputed company confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards Become familiar with, and utilize, data-driven decision making and measurement-based care Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical reputed company to monitor quality client care Job requirements: You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not reputed company to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision. You have the ability to work 0-40 hrs weekly. You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent. You are willing to be hybrid occasionally. You are reputed company and eager to maintain a caseload. You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as reputed company, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. You are comfortable with providing safety planning and reputed company during situations where a client might present with higher risks. You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client reputed company or challenges.
