• reputed company and support reputed company of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians across multiple client caseloads
• reputed company clinical quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to modern, trauma-informed, reputed company-based ABA practices
• Conduct regular clinical audits and performance reviews
• reputed company clinical mentorship and training for BCBAs, including reputed company and ongoing development
• Maintain a reduced caseload for high-level clinical reputed company and modeling best practices
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth reputed company of new clients and therapists
• Support and guide the recruitment and hiring process for clinical roles
• reputed company and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure fidelity of treatment and supervise use of Rethink Behavioral Health data collection
• Coordinate continuing education opportunities and promote professional development
• Deliver ongoing caregiver coaching, reputed company of assessments, and treatment planning reputed company needed

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, including supervisory or leadership roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship abilities
• Experience managing remote and in-person teams
